Judith Wroth was the daughter of Sir Thomas Wroth, of Durants, and his wife Mary Rich.

Before 5th October 1573, she married Robert Burgoyne, Esq. of Wroxall, Warwickshire , son of Robert Burgoyne by Elizabeth, daughter and co-heiress of Thomas Mundon, Esq. <ref name="ra2013">Richardson, Douglas: ''Royal Ancestry'', 1st edn. (2013), 5 vols, Vol 5, p. 402, WROTH 20.</ref>

Douglas Richardson's research indicates that they had one son, only: [[Burgoyne-64|Roger Burgoyne, Esq.]] <ref name="ra2013"/>
Various genealogies show numerous other children without substantiation.
