- == Biography =='''Miles Barne''' was an English clergyman, fourth son of the politician [[Barne-10|Sir William Barne]] and his wife [[Sandys-108|Anne Sandys]], daughter of Archbishop Edwin Sandys. Educated at Westminster School and at Trinity College, Cambridge, he was awarded an MA in 1626. He became rector of Bishopsbourne cum Barham in Kent.
