  == Biography ==William was born in 1783. He is the son of [[Keyser-20|Andrew Keyser]] and [[Palmer-212|Mary Palmer]]. The date of birth comes from the Andrew and Mary Palmer Keyser Family Bible. The supposition is that this son William died at birth or early in infancy.
