      : Dirck Janse Woertman emigrated from Amsterdam and came to New Netherland in 1647. <br> He married Marritje Theunis(se)(n) (Denyse), daughter of Theunis Nijssen & Femmetje (Phoebe) Seals, on 10 Apr 1661 in Brooklyn Dutch Church. They were admitted to the Brooklyn Dutch Church on 10 April 1660/61. <br> DIrck Janse after the death of Marritje married second, Annetie Aukes, wid. of Winant Pieterse and dau. of Auke Janse Van Nuyse.
